Yanxi, Liuyang

Yanxi Town (simplified Chinese: 沿溪镇; traditional Chinese: 沿溪鎮; pinyin: Yanxi Zhen) is an urban town in Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China.^[1] As of the 2000 census it had a population of 27,770 and an area of 119.7 square kilometers.

Cityscape

The town is divided into 5 villages and 3 communities, the following areas: Yanxiqiao Community, Jianshe Community, Daguang Community, Shalong Village, Daguanghu Village, Lihua Village, Jinju Village, and Huayuan Village (沿溪桥社区、建设社区和大光社区，沙垅村、大光湖村、礼花村、金桔村和花园村).
