Ostrolovský Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Ostrolovský Újezd lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of České Budějovice and 135 km (84 mi) south of Prague.
