Devon Longwoolled

The Devon Longwooled (Devon Longwool) is a breed of domestic sheep from the United Kingdom. This breed is raised for meat and long wool.[1] They were developed by crossing Leicester Longwool with Southam Nott and Bampton Nott.[2]

Characteristics

Both sexes are polled (hornless).[1] The wool is used in rugs and carpet.[2]
