Sunil Ambekar is an Indian Educationist, and veteran student activist. He is the National Organising secretary of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).[2] Born on 26 December 1967 at Nagpur is now as organisational backbone of ABVP after Dattatreya Hosabale

Early life

Sunil Ambekar hails from Nagpur of Maharashtra's Vidarbh region. He has done M.Sc. in Zoology with specialisation in Cytology.

Student activist

Ambekar is assiciated with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad from his college days at Institute of Science, Nagpur

Movements led

Ambekar led the organisation as organising secretary during the agitation against Bangladeshi infiltration and most recently against corruption being the organising secretary of ABVP and advisory member to Youth Against Corruption

Amberkar also played an instrumental role in inspiring Think India, the forum for national institutes' students.
