Sulislav is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.57 square kilometres (3.69 sq mi), and has a population of 203 (as at 3 July 2006).
Sulislav lies approximately 34 kilometres (21 mi) east of Tachov, 22 km (14 mi) west of Plzeň, and 104 km (65 mi) west of Prague.
