Rick Williams is a Republican Georgia State Representative- Elect. Williams won the open District 145 seat vacated by Independent incumbent Rusty Kidd. Williams will take office as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives starting in January 2017. District 145 covers all of Baldwin County, and a significant portion of Putnam County.[1]
