Norman S. Johnson

Norman S. Johnson served as the Chairman of the World Scout Committee, as well as the Chairman of the National Executive Committee of Scouts Australia. In 1990, Johnson was awarded the 212th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[1]
