Dato' Mohd Shafie Abdullah (born 19 June 1968) is a Malaysian politician. He is the special officer to the Minister of Finance in Malaysia.[1] Previously he was the political secretary to the Defence Minister.[2] He is the current Head of United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) Wangsa Maju. He contested the 2008 general election for the Wangsa Maju parliamentary constituency as a Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate but lost to Tan Kee Kwong from Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).[3]

Education

Shafie Abdullah holds Doctor Of Business Administration degrees from European American University,[4] and Oxford[4] and Bachelor Of Economics from University Malaya.[5]
