Lathrop/Manteca is a train station in southern Lathrop, California on the edge of the San Francisco Bay Area.

The station is served by commuter Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) trains between San Jose Diridon Station and Stockton. The station is located on rail tracks and a rail yard that form a wide separation between the communities of Lathrop and its larger neighbor to the east Manteca. Passengers board trains headed west to job centers in Alameda County, California where they can transfer to BART to San Francisco and the dominating job hub of the Silicon Valley.

Modesto Area Express provides commuter service from Modesto, California on coach buses. There is no local service provided.[1] San Joaquin Regional Transit District buses stops miles away, however Manteca Transit bus lines 1, 2, and 3 stop within half a mile.[2]
