Kladruby is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.56 square kilometres (1.76 sq mi), and has a population of 141 (as at 3 July 2006).

Kladruby lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Strakonice, 63 km (39 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 103 km (64 mi) south-west of Prague.
