John Walden (businessman)

John Carl Walden (born 7 January 1960) is an American businessman, and the Chief Executive of Home Retail Group, the British retailing group.[1]

He became Managing Director of Argos on 1 February 2012.[2] He had not worked in the UK previously.

Argos began in 1973.

Home Retail Group

He became Chief Executive of the Home Retail Group on 14 March 2014.[3][4]

Personal life

He is married with five sons, and lives in London.
