John Assheton I

Sir John Assheton (c.1354-c.1398), of Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, was an English politician.

Family

He had five sons, including the MP, John Assheton II.

Career

He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Lancashire in October 1382, September 1388 and January 1390.[1]
