The social democrat Siumut party formed a coalition government with two right-wing parties, the Democrats and Atassut. On 27 October 2016, both Democrats and Atassut left the coalition government. Siumut then formed a coalition government with Inuit Ataqatigiit and Partii Naleraq [3] In terms of numbers, this is the largest coalition in the recent history of the Greenlandic Parliament.
