Hemchandra Burman

Hemchandra Burman is an Indian politician from West Bengal and belong to Bhartiya Janata Party. He is district President of Cooch Behar.[1]

He contested 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Cooch Behar (Lok Sabha constituency) as BJP / NDA candidate.
