Hector Alvarez Cárdenas

Hector Alvarez Cárdenas is a Colombian businessman and the chairman of Atlético Bucaramanga of the Categoría Primera A. He is a businessman, and oversaw the club's recent promotion to the Colombian top flight.[1]
