Hasta Padasana 1

Hasta Padasana 1 is an Asana. It is translated as Hands to Foot Pose 1 from Sanskrit.

Benefits and Cautions

This pose has many benefits: it strengthens the abdominals and quadraceps, creates a sense of balance, and stretches the lower back.

Be careful while doing this pose of you have ankle, knee, hip, lower back injuries.[1][2]
