"Go!" is a song by English post-punk band Tones on Tail.

The song was sampled in American electronic musician Moby's 1990 dance hit of the same title. Joe Strummer selected the song while creating the Grosse Pointe Blank soundtrack and although it did appear on the primary CD from the movie it did make the alternate CD. The song was also notably featured in the 2003 cult film Party Monster.

It was released as the B-side to their 1984 "Lions" single, the latter song of which originally appeared on the band's only studio album, Pop, released in the same year.

Critical reception

AllMusic called the song "one of the defining moments of early-'80s new wave dance"[1] that "remains a wonderful atypical dancefloor smash".[2]

In popular culture

"Go!" was used in an Adult Swim promo for the premiere of the second season of Rick and Morty.
