Eugene N. Kozloff (born 1920) is an American marine biologist and botanist at Shannon Point Marine Center on Fidalgo Island, Washington. He is an emeritus professor of the Friday Harbor Laboratories, University of Washington,[1] and is best known for writing field guides for the Pacific Northwest Region of the United States.
