Esin Varan is a Turkish TV and stage actress.

Life and career

Esin Varan was born in Artvin, but raised in Istanbul, received her Bachelor's Degree from Marmara University International Relations and Political Science in Istanbul. She has been acting since she was 13 years old. Esin Varan appeared in the TV series Ogretmen Kemal (continued series of Arka Sıradakiler ), Fox TV. She moved into New York to study acting. She graduated from American Academy of Dramatic Arts (2013). She was a member of the NY Academy Theatre Company. She played the lead character, Lady Torrance, in Tennessee Williams' Orpheus Descending, which was directed by Jonathan Bolt. She played Doris in the US premier of Thrill Of Love. She played Paquita in the Beauty of the Father. She was in one woman show, 'Lot's Wife', and performed in the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Recently she played the role of Titania in the world premier of a play 'Fairy Cakes' written and directed by Douglas Carter Beane.
