Convoy Global Holdings Limited (Chinese: 康宏環球控股有限公司, SEHK: 1019) is a member of Convoy Financial Group. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Convoy Financial Services Limited (Chinese: 康宏理財服務有限公司), the company is an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in Hong Kong with the objective of providing financial planning services, risk management, retirement planning and estate planning. It is the largest independent insurance and MPF schemes brokerage firm in Hong Kong in terms of number of consultants.^[1]

Convoy Financial Services Limited is both a member of Professional Insurance Brokers Association and is registered as an Mandatory Provident Fund Corporate Intermediary under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.^[2]

2013

• Headquarters was relocated to @CONVOY in North Point
• Consultancy force expanded to over 1,800 consultants
• Launch the loan services

2011

• Set up office at Cityplaza 3 in Taikoo Shing
• Consultancy force increased to more than 1,500

2010

• Convoy Financial Services Holdings Limited was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock code : 1019)

2008

• Headquarters was relocated to One Island East in Quarry Bay

2007

• The Management repurchased all the Lippo Group's interests in shares to tally with the development of corporate business
• Convoy Investment Services Limited was established
• Convoy Wealth Centre was opened in November
• Title sponsored the local First Division Football Team and was renamed as Convoy Sun Hei

2006

• Set up office at Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay
• Consultancy force increased to over 1000 consultants
• Business volume increased to over HKD 10 billion

2005

• Became Corporate Member of the Institute of Financial Planner of Hong Kong
• Headquarters was relocated to One Pacific Place in Admiralty

2003

• Strategic alliance with the Lippo Group

2002

• Received the "Caring Company Logo 2002/03" by Hong Kong Council of Social Service

1999

• Convoy Asset Management Limited was established
• Registered as a Mandatory Provident Fund corporate intermediary
• Headquarters was relocated to Lippo Centre in Admiralty

• Launched financial planning business

• Commenced business as a general insurance broker in Hong Kong
