Andrew Declan Griffin (born 9 January 1972) is a former English cricketer. Griffin was a right-handed batsman who fielded as a wicket-keeper. He was born in Hammersmith, London.

Griffin made his debut for Hertfordshire against Cumberland in the 1993 Minor Counties Championship. He played Minor counties cricket for Hertfordshire from 1993 to 2000, making 48 Minor Counties Championship appearances[1] and 8 MCCA Knockout Trophy appearances.[2] He made his List A debut against the Leicestershire Cricket Board in the 1999 NatWest Trophy, with him going on to make 3 further List A appearances for the county, the last of which came against Cambridgeshire in the 2000 NatWest Trophy.[3] In his 4 appearances for the team, he scored 227 runs at an average of 113.50 (his high average was down to 2 not out scores), with a high score of 121. Behind the stumps he took 7 catches and made 3 stumpings.[4] This score came against the Leicestershire Cricket Board,[5] while he also made a score of 60 not out against the Sussex Cricket Board in the 2nd round of that same competition.[6]
